Prepare for Collection
Ensure the item is in its original condition and securely repacked in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to collect the item from your residence, or provide instructions for smaller decor drop-offs.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once the item returns to our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
